CH.Havid Ponx Jakaria Kus’toto

(Choreographer and Dancer)

Graduted from the Dance Department of Indonesian Institute for the Arts (ISI) Surakarta in 2007. He dance and study from various well know Indonesian choreographer such as Suprapto Suryodarmo, Eko Supendi, as well as international choreographers Lin Huan Min (Cloud Gate Taiwan 2007) and Sen Hea Ha.

He is one of assistant choreographer for “Opera Jawa” film musical directed by Garin Nugroho and “Generasi Biru” a musical film directed by Garin Nugroho and John De-rantau with Indonesian Rock Band SLANK (2008). His works has been presenting all around Indonesia, Begium, Amsterdam, Austria, Utrech, and Osster Festival with TBS dance Theatre.

His open minded and willingness to collaborate, study and share brought him onto many number of collaboration and performance with Sri Hadi, Danang Pamungkas, Riyanto, Studio Taksu and a poet Slamet Widodo. His international dance carrier began when he was dancing “Invinita” with Sen Hea Ha, Artist in Recidency program with Lin Huan Min (Claud Gate Dance Company Taiwan) and Garin Nugroho on the “Iron Bed” theatre performance base on Opera Jawa Film directed by Garin Nugroho and composed by Rahayu Supanggah in Theatre Spectacle Zurich, Switzerland and the Indonesian Dance Festival October 2008. Havid Joined Solo Dance Studio in 2002.
